I was not at the Oscar's, yeah I know your shocked at that! However I have like a lot of you trawled my way through all the Oscar pics that I could get my hands on. I would have loved to see what Rihanna would have worn had Chris Brown Poo not mashed up her face! (And to think I wanted his song 'with you' played at my wedding).I noticed that a lot of the Oscar Diva's were wearing dresses that were more suited to wedding day fabulousness. They should just have a trap door that let's all the worst dressed offenders just drop through to spare us the assault year after year.For me it was all about the Jewel toned, gold belted Jessica Biel, it was her second dress of the evening, absolutely divine and truly made her stand out form the crowd. It takes confidence to be different you know and finally Halle was perfectly poised as she swooned around in her black and gold semi mermaid gown. 
I love awards ceremonies and if I could I would have every dress ever worn adorned on my bedroom wall for inspiration. Its all the glamour, the fuss, the transformation...We ladies love getting ready for a big night out, its in our DNA. So when your getting ready for your next night out, it may be the Old Kent Road and not the Oscar's but its still your time to shine and show the world what your made of. Puff, spray, spritz, tong, tan, stuff, gloss and grease yourself to perfection!
